Designing a home healthcare website came with a delicate balance, it needed to feel trustworthy and professional without losing its warmth or humanity.
Because the client was new to the digital space, there were no existing visuals, branding guidelines, or reference points to build from. I had to research the home health industry from the ground up to understand what potential employees and clients would look for. The biggest challenge was creating an easy-to-use job application and listings system that didn’t feel corporate or confusing. I focused on simplicity, accessibility, and emotional connection using calm colors, inviting typography, and clear navigation. The result was a website that feels both credible and compassionate, a digital reflection of the care her business provides every day.
