Once you have submitted your enquiry, you will automatically receive a "lets get started" email from me. From there you'll have the opportunity to pick a time and day that works best for you to schedule a free phone consultation to discuss your needs further. During our phone consultation, I will be getting to know you and filling out a questionnaire as we talk, with as much detail as possible about your business, brand and goals for your website. If we decide that I am the perfect designer for you, I will send you a proposal which you can view online detailing what I will provide to you and the cost. Upon acceptance of your proposal, you will then be sent a design agreement to sign and an invoice which directs you on how to make payment. As soon as your payment has been received, I’ll email you a payment receipt and send a separate email with a link to your onboarding form, which acts as your brief. Assuming you have already completed our 'consultation call', paid your 50% deposit, and signed your design agreement. What is required to begin is having all of your content for your website together. It's important to note that we at Tyco are not a branding company, so that is something you should have already prior to getting started with us. That includes; photos, written content, videos, logo designs, branding colors or palettes, HEX # color codes and so forth. Most importantly to begin please make sure you have the time to put into gathering your content and working with me. We try to make this process as smooth as possible. We recommend that prior to applying you ensure that you can dedicate this time to your project to prevent any delays or additional fees. Unfortunately, we do not offer payment plans at this time. As an alternative payment option we have partnered with AFFIRM, AFTERPAY and KLARNA , a smarter way to pay over time. Please ask us for more information or select this payment method at your purchase checkout. If you are not eligible for our pay over time merchants, and you are happy with my proposal and want to go ahead with my services, you will be required to pay 50% up front before I start the project, and then 50% prior to the delivery of the final files when the project is completed. Credit card payments require the full payment up front. There are no split payments if using your CC to purchase your project. *for the 'website in a week' package the entire payment is due upfront. There are NO split payments for this package. *for the 'website audit' package the entire payment is due upfront before I begin the audit.

I am designing a website for you and your business so it is totally collaborative. Before the project starts I’ll send you onboarding information by email and you will also be sent log in information to sign into content snare (an easy, stress free way we gather content from our clients). From there you will find out what I need from you, and how to upload and provide the information. We will have a call together to discuss all the finer details of what you want your website to look like and how we will get there. The website will be designed with your logo, branding, images and text so it is totally personalized to your business. Throughout the project I will keep you up to date on progress every Friday; which will be our 'approval' day until the completion of your project. From there will be agreed opportunities for feedback at the end of each week (Friday's) before launch.

Before the project begins we will discuss your requirements in detail and agree on an ideal launch date. Once I have received a deposit from you, I can get to work. If I have all the content (text, images, details) I require from you on the dates set out in the proposal, it will take on average 4-6 weeks from start to launch (business calendar days only). There can be a certain appeal to doing it yourself, but designing a website can be a time consuming and costly project if it isn’t in your area of expertise. The time you might spend learning design tools, building your website and troubleshooting errors could wind up costing you more in lost business revenue, than the cost of someone doing it for you. As of now we are currently building our website on WIX. Wix is completely code free. Which means anything you could ever dream up for your website is possible and your website can evolve over time as you need it to. You can easily update your website yourself without needing to know a single line of code. This option is a great platform for you if SEO is important.
